When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you send. We do not use cookies for tracking and we do not run third-party advertising scripts.

How we use it

Your submission is stored securely in our editorial dashboard and sent as an email notification to the team member who responds to enquiries. We use this information only to reply to your message.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions for as long as they're useful for ongoing correspondence. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@utujamii.com.

Third parties

We use Resend to deliver notification emails and Firebase Firestore to store submissions. Both providers process data under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@utujamii.com.
